Every comic we sell is a high-quality printed copy (High Copy Premium), not an original comic. Cover images on the site are for illustration.
Every copy is printed specifically for you after you order it (Print on Demand), which is why delivery takes time as explained in the Delivery section.
You order from the website, and we send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp where we review the details before printing. You must enter your name, number and address correctly; we are not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect details.
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt within a maximum of 14 days from the start of the order and after we send you the confirmation message. If there is any delay, we will let you know.
Shipping cost is set by governorate and shown before you confirm your order. Free shipping on orders over EGP 1,500.
Every order is wrapped in armored packaging and shipped safely so it reaches you in the best condition.
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies, and prices may change for new orders.
Payment is cash on delivery, or upfront via InstaPay, Telda, Vodafone Cash or Etisalat Cash once we agree with you on WhatsApp.
If your copy arrives with any defect or damage, the choice is yours: a replacement with a sound copy, or a 100% refund. You must report it within 48 hours of receiving it with a clear photo of the defect. Details are in the Returns Policy.
We may update these terms, and the version published on the site is the one that applies.
